About NicBea & Co.

Hello change-makers!  I’m Nicole Beatty, CEO & Chief Community Builder at NicBea & Co.  My business mandate is simple: to help you make good things happen for your good cause.

I’m a community builder, social entrepreneur, donor, volunteer, writer, researcher, fundraiser and board member.  And like you, I want to make an impact in the world around me.  Don’t know where to start?  Designing a new program or community solution?  Looking for funding to launch your idea?  Interested in learning how to build capacity for your community? Need to hire someone to engage your stakeholders, communicate your impact or manage your project from beginning to end?

Then I’m your girl.

I am a Certified Fund Raising Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit whose love for community has raised over $30 million for local and global causes.  I am passionate about start-up social enterprises, international movements, and rural initiatives that support education, the arts, women’s rights, healthcare, food security, poverty reduction, housing and the environment.  My curiosity and career have provided me with the opportunity to work with some phenomenal projects and organizations in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.  I have had the honour of collaborating with some of the most innovative minds to raise transformational gifts, and design community programs that ultimately change lives.

I believe that change starts with a conversation.  So, let’s talk today to see what awesome impact we can create for your cause.  Call or text me on 289.251.3171 or email nicole.e.beatty@gmail.com.
